Weights
Grey Group: Tuesday and Thursday, 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Red Group: Monday and Wednesday, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
 
Practice
Grey Group: Monday through Thursday, 11:30 am - 1:15 pm
Red Group: Monday through Thursday, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
 
Intended for both returners and incoming freshmen.
