That's why it's just so pure it's a great feeling but on the other hand you got to stay focus you got to play defense you can't just live on that one moment you have to just shoot it make it and then get on with it she has unbelievable range the most was such a quick release she's averaged 30 points a game and that is what the offense has been throwing out her just carried our team to I-30 and to record in the state championship let me know something about her too and she has a great character she's accomplished teenage Tough Lover just want to be around when you talk to the basketball cognoscenti about Katie Lou Samuelson they're going to talk about our offensive ability that's well deserved she averaged 30 points a game this year she has rained out NBA 3-point range and Beyond the intangibles that cetera part your ability to defend and distribute her footwork her basketball IQ these are the things that make our national player of the year can I watch Gatorade National girls Player of the Year award because of her athletic excellent academic achievement and exemplary character on behalf of the Gatorade company it is my distinct pleasure to announce Katie Lou Samuelson is the 2004 2015 Gatorade National girls basketball player of the year please awesome her character and the person she is even bigger than the basketball she has enough always so special to feet by would describe Katie loses the student that every teacher wants in that classroom Katie Lou just likes to succeed and she's never going to take second best ice her option all Universal parents play professionally my family and how many families have three Division 1 girls playing at the highest level possible I think they're in the main reason I am where I am today I never could have imagined me being here being named the Gatorade girls National player-of-the-year just means the world to me it just gives me a little confidence that I can achieve a lot and I can do any things Katie Lou Samuelson 2014-2015 Gatorade National girls basketball player of the year
