Once again, our Sports Medicine Program is partnering with Exer Urgent Care to provide convenient and easy physicals for student athletes. With over 60 locations throughout Southern California, families can choose a convenient date and location to complete their sports physical anytime between May 1 – August 31, 2026.

A custom QR code is required to schedule your appointment. The cost is $40 per athlete and the physical is valid for a full year. Proceeds from this partnership benefit the Mater Dei Sports Medicine Program which is vital to the health and safety of all student athletes. This fundraiser will help provide supplies, equipment, continuing education for our athletic training team, and more.
