Welcome to the Mater Dei Monarchs Boys Golf Homepage
The Monarch's look forward to their 2021 season and look to build on the success of 2019 & 2020.  In his fourth year, coach Kelaher looks to guide the Mater Dei through a demanding Trinity League Schedule as well non-league matches and tournaments.  This year's program will field three teams to compete on all levels.  After winning the Trinity League Invitation in 2019 and capturing the Individual title for the second consecutive year: Compean (2019) & Henares (2018), Mater Dei looks to compete another CIF and State title.
The 2020 Monarchs looked to be a top school in SoCal as well as contend for a California State Championship.  Unfortunately, COVID-19 has derailed all high school sports in the spring of 2020.  Mater Dei would like to thank all seniors for their hard work.  Varsity seniors: Andrew Hoekstra, Ryan Pham and Geoffrey Von Der Ahe became program leaders and the program wishes them the best of luck in their futures.
This year's varsity team was being guided by HC Ryan Kelaher & AC Luis Romero.  Thank you to all members for the 2020 Mater Dei Golf Program as well as the 2020 Varsity Monarchs: Hoekstra '20, Pham '20, Von Der Ahe '20, Rhoads '21, Keilch '21, Henares '21, Svendsen '22 and Wu '22
